    An object of the present invention is to provide a polyimide precursor composition solution that (i) uses no siloxane diamine, (ii) is curable at low temperature (not more than 250° C.) and (iii) has low viscosity regardless of its high concentration, and a photosensitive resin composition, photosensitive resin film, a thermosetting resin composition, a polyimide insulating film, and a printed wiring board with an insulating film, each of which has good physical properties and is obtained by use of the polyimide precursor composition solution. The foregoing object is attained by using a polyimide precursor composition solution which includes at least a (A) urethane imide oligomer having a terminal carboxylic acid group and a (B) diamino compound and/or isocyanate compound.

    The water-and-oil repellant composition of the invention including an aqueous dispersion of a pyrazole blocked hydrophobic polyisocyanate containing a pyrazole blocked hydrophobic polyisocyanate represented by the following formula (I) and a non-ionic surface active agent, and a water-and-oil repellant component having a perfluoroalkyl group with 6 carbon atoms or less is provided: R(—NH—CO—Z) m (I) [in the formula (I), m represents an integer of 2 or more; R represents a residue after an “m” number of isocyanate groups have been removed from a polyisocyanate compound with an “m” number of isocyanate groups; Z represents a residue, which is the same or different from each other, after hydrogen atoms have been removed from active hydrogen-containing compounds that are capable of reacting with an isocyanate group, and at least two of the Z's are a pyrazole groups represented by the formula (II): in the formula (II), n represents an integer of from 0 to 3; if n is 1 or higher, R 1 , which is the same or different from each other, represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group having 7 to 12 carbon atoms, an N-substituted carbamyl group, a phenyl group, —NO 2 , a halogen atom, or —CO—O—R 2 (in the formula, R 2 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms)}].

    The photosensitive resin composition contains a (A) binder polymer, (B) cross-linked polymer particles, (C) thermosetting resin, (D) photo-polymerization initiator, and a (E) phosphoric flame retardant, in which a content of the (B) cross-linked polymer particles is 30 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight with respect to the 100 parts by weight of the (A) binder polymer, and an average particle diameter of the (B) cross-linked polymer particles is 1 μm to 10 μm. Therefore, the photosensitive resin composition (i) obtains an excellent tack-free property after being applied and dried, (ii) can be subjected to fine processing, (iii) is formed into a cured film having excellent flexibility, flame retardancy, and electrical insulation reliability, and (iv) causes a substrate to have a small warpage after being cured.

    Aqueous dispersions of polyurethane polymers in ammonium salt form are prepared by reacting diisocyanates with a polyhydroxy, carboxylic acid to form an isocyanate- terminate prepolymer that is united with an unsaturated fatty acid ester polyol to provide carboxylic-containing, water-dispersible polyurethanes having properties exhibited by organic solvent-based, oil-modified polyurethanes. The aqueous dispersions can be formed by neutralization of "oil-modified," carboxylic group-containing, water-dispersible polyurethanes with ammonium salt-forming materials such as ammonia and amines. The aqueous dispersions are especially desirable coating compositions. An organic phosphite may be incorporated in the compositions to control the development of hardness in films made from the aqueous dispersions and thereby avoid the formation of wrinkles in films that are made from the compositions.

    Aqueous dispersions of oil-modified, carboxyl-containing, urethane polymers are prepared by reacting diisocyanates or their isocyanate-terminated prepolymers, with half-esters of hindered diols, especially 2,2,4-trimethyl-1, 3-pentanediol, and anhydrides of polycarboxylic acids, preferably aromatic acids having at leastthree carboxylic groups, especially trimellitic anhydride. The urethane polymers are "oil-modified", i.e., extended with unsaturated fatty acid esterpolyols; and when neutralized with ammonia or amines can be dispersed in water to form especially desirable coating compositions. An organic phosphite may be incorporated in the compositions to control the development of hardness in films made from the aqueous dispersions and thereby avoid the formation of wrinkles in films that are made from the compositions.
