    A laminated film includes a polarizing plate, a retardation film, and a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided in this order, wherein the polarizing plate includes a polarizer, a first protective layer placed on a side of the polarizer where the retardation film is provided, and a second protective layer placed on another side of the polarizer which is opposite to the side where the retardation film is provided, the retardation film is a stretched film comprising a norbornene resin, the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive that may be produced by crosslinking a composition comprising a (meth)acrylate (co)polymer and a crosslinking agent comprising a peroxide as a main component. The laminated film has both good adhesion to a liquid crystal cell and easy peelability, and may improve the uniformity in a screen of liquid crystal display.

    The present invention provides a laminate of a void-containing layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive/adhesive layer that achieves both a pressure-sensitive adhesive force or an adhesive force and a reduction of a tendency of a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an adhesive to penetrate into voids. The first laminate of the present invention includes: a void-containing layer (20); and a pressure-sensitive adhesive/adhesive layer (30), wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive/adhesive layer (30) is directly laminated on one or both sides of the void-containing layer (20), the void-containing layer (20) has a void fraction of 35 vol% or more, and, after a heat/humidification durability test of holding at a temperature of 85°C and a relative humidity of 85% for 500 hours, a void remaining ratio of the void-containing layer (20) is 50 vol% or more before the heat/humidification durability test.

    There is provided an optical laminate with pressure-sensitive adhesive layers on both surfaces, which is excellent in light utilization efficiency, and which is suppressed damage from occurring to a low-refractive index layer in vacuum lamination while maintaining excellent characteristics of the low-refractive index layer. The optical laminate comprises: a first substrate; a first low-refractive index layer formed on the first substrate; a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer arranged so as to be adjacent to the first low-refractive index layer; a second low-refractive index layer arranged so as to be adjacent to the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a second substrate having formed thereon the second low-refractive index layer; and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a third pressure-sensitive adhesive layer serving as outermost layers. The first low-refractive index layer and/or the second low-refractive index layer has a porosity of 50% or more, the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a storage modulus of elasticity of from 1.3×105 (Pa) to 1.0×107 (Pa), and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and/or the third pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a storage modulus of elasticity of 1.0×105 (Pa) or less.

    As one sensor layer structure for a capacitive touch panel, a layer structure in which a transparent electroconductive layer is formed on each of opposite surfaces of a single film substrate, so-called GFD structure, is used. In the structure, for sufficiently suppressing internal reflection from the transparent electroconductive layer, it is necessary to employ a technique of forming one or more refractive index adjustment (IM) layers on each of the opposite surfaces of the single film substrate. This causes a problem that production yield is likely to deteriorate, and a production cost is increased. The present invention is directed to solving such a problem and, specifically, to laminating a refractive index adjustment zone-formed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of being produced easily and at low cost, to each transparent electroconductive layer of a double-sided transparent electroconductive film, so as to effectively suppress internal reflection in the resulting laminate.
