Lavendustin-mimetic small molecules modifying the linker -CH(2)-NH- with an 1,2,3-triazole ring have been synthesized via a click chemistry. Two pharmacophoric fragments of lavendustin were varied to investigate chemical space and the auxophoric -CH(2)-NH- was altered to an 1,2,3-triazole for rapid click conjugation. The small molecules were evaluated against HCT116 colon cancer and CCRF-CEM leukemia cell lines. Among 28 analogues, 3-phenylpropyl ester 26b inhibited CCRF-CEM leukemia cell growth with GI(50) value of 0.9 mu M. (c) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

A proton exchange membrane is obtained which can give an excellent power generation characteristic when the membrane is applied to, in particular, a fuel cell wherein high-concentration methanol is used as a fuel. In the aromatic hydrocarbon based proton exchange membrane of the invention, the ion exchange capacity is set into the range of 0.6 to 1.3 meq/g. Moreover, the area swelling rate for a 30% by mass methanol aqueous solution at 40°C is set into the range of 2 to 30%. Preferably, a sulfonic acid group is bonded to an aromatic ring of the aromatic hydrocarbon based polymer contained in the aromatic hydrocarbon based proton exchange film. Preferably, the aromatic hydrocarbon based polymer is a polyarylene ether based polymer.

The present invention relates to a sulfonic acid group-containing polymer excellent in ion conductivity and durability, a method for producing the same, a resin composition containing the sulfonic acid group-containing polymer, a polymer electrolyte membrane, a polymer electrolyte membrane/electrode assembly, and a fuel cell. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Polymerchemie und betrifft Membranen, wie sie beispielsweise als Membranen für die Aufbereitung von wässrigen Lösungen durch Umkehrosmose oder durch Mikro-, Ultra- oder Nanofiltration, eingesetzt werden.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der Angabe von Membranen, die eine verringerte Foulingneigung bei gleichbleibend guten oder verbesserten Filtrationseigenschaften zeigen, und in der Angabe eines einfachen und kostengünstigen Verfahrens zu deren Herstellung.
Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch Membranen, bestehend aus einer Trägerschicht, auf der eine poröse Stützschicht, darauf eine trennaktive Schicht und darauf wiederum eine Deckschicht angeordnet sind, wobei das Material der trennaktiven Schicht funktionelle Gruppen aufweist, die in überwiegendem Maße Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Dreifachbindungen und/oder Kohlenstoff-Stickstoff-Dreifachbindungen aufweisen, und wobei das Material der Deckschicht funktionelle Gruppen aufweist, die in überwiegendem Maße mindestens Azid-Gruppen sind, und die funktionellen Gruppen mit mindestens Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Dreifachbindungen und/oder Kohlenstoff-Stickstoff-Dreifachbindungen mit den Azid-Gruppen chemisch kovalent gekoppelt sind.
