Reversible 1,4 migration of a silyl group from oxygen to carbon: an unexpected route to α-trialkylsilyl ketoximes

Anions generated from trialkylsilyl ethers of methyl ketoximes (1) undergo anionic rearrangement with 1,4 migration of the silyl group. After protonation, the resulting α-trialkylsilyl ketoximes (2), suffer thermal rearrangement with 1,4 migration of the silyl group from carbon to oxygen.
由甲基酮肟(1)的三烷基甲硅烷基醚生成的阴离子经过甲硅烷基的1,4迁移而发生阴离子重排。质子化后,生成的α-三烷基甲硅烷基酮肟(2)发生热重排,甲硅烷基从碳到氧的1,4迁移。
