Synthesis and Properties of Seven Ionic Liquids Containing 1-Methyl-3-octylimidazolium or 1-Butyl-4-methylpyridinium Cations
摘要:
Syntheses are reported for ionic liquids containing 1-methyl-3-octylimidazolium or 1-butyl-4-methylpyridinium cations and trifluoromethyl sulfonate, dicyanamide, bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide, or nonafluorobutyl sulfonate anions. Densities, melting points, glass-transition temperatures, solubilities in water, and polarities have been measured. Ionic liquids containing pyridinium cations exhibit higher melting points, lower solubility in water, and higher polarity than those containing imidazolium cations.
A broad and simple method permitted halide ions in quaternary heteroaromatic and ammonium salts to be exchanged for a variety of anions using an anion exchange resin (A− form) in non-aqueous media. The anion loading of the AER (OH− form) was examined using two different anion sources, acids or ammonium salts, and changing the polarity of the solvents. The AER (A− form) method in organic solvents was
Further studies on the application of an AER (A(-) form) method broadened the anionexchange scope of representative ionic liquids and bis(imidazolium) systems. Depending on the hydrophobicity nature of the targeted imidazolium species and counteranions, different organic solvents were used to swap halides for assorted anions, proceeding in excellent to quantitative yields.

The invention relates to a process for separating hydrogen chloride and phosgene, which comprises bringing a mixture of hydrogen chloride and phosgene into contact with an ionic liquid in which at least part of the hydrogen chloride is dissolved in a step a) and then separating off the hydrogen chloride dissolved in the ionic liquid in a step b).
Provided is an adhesive composition which can form a cured product that is high in shear adhesion strength, peel adhesion strength and impact adhesion strength and particularly is excellent in cold/hot cycle resistance of adhesion strength. The adhesive composition comprises (a) a 2-cyanoacrylic acid ester, (b) a high molecular-weight component compatible with 2-cyanoacrylic acid ester, (c) a multifunctional 2-cyano-3-vinylacrylic acid ester, and (d) an onium salt represented by the following general formula (1):
C+ A- (1)
wherein, C+ represents an onium cation and A-represents an anion which does not substantially initiate polymerization of the 2-cyanoacrylic acid ester, and the components (a)-(d) are contained in predetermined amounts.
