  Compounds of formula I are described, ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, that can be the same or different, are hydrogen or acyl groups; R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, that can be the same or different, are hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl groups.
