Hydrogen reduction of nickel and copper oxides in alumina ceramics
摘要:
The reduction kinetics of metal oxides in alumina ceramics were studied by x-tay diffraction, electron probe x-ray microanalysis, and vacuum weighing. It is shown that the reduction process involves six stages, characteristic of topochemical reactions. The limiting stage of reduction is identified for different sample compositions and porosities.
