  本发明属于有机化工及药物合成领域，具体涉及16–烯烃–17–酮基雌酮衍生物的合成工艺。本发明是以雌酮和氟试剂[1‑氯甲基‑4‑氟‑1,4‑重氮化二环2.2.2辛烷双(四氟硼酸)盐]作为原料，经金催化剂催化，加热条件下发生反应，得到16‑烯烃‑17‑酮基雌酮类衍生物。使用本发明提出的方法，在加热搅拌条件下，反应6‑10小时，即可得到16–烯烃‑17‑酮基雌酮衍生物，产率为74％‑85％。本反应用简单易得的原料，一步法简便的合成16‑烯烃‑17‑酮基雌酮类衍生物，为16–烯烃‑17‑酮基雌酮类衍生物提供了一条高效，绿色的合成新方法。
