  (EN) Compounds of formula (I), in which Ar is aryl and R1 and R2 are alkyl, are obtained by a process in which a compound of formula (II), where Z is a disubstituted amino group, is reacted (a) with an alcohol, R2OH, preferably under acidic conditions, to give a compound of formula (III), which is then dealkanolated, or (b) is hydrolysed under acid conditions, to give a compound of formula (IV), which is then alkylated.
