Syntheses, crystal structures and biological activities of two new drum-shaped organotin(IV) carboxylate complexes with 2-(4-alkylbenzoyl)benzoic acid (alkyl = methyl or ethyl)

Two new organotin(IV) carboxylate complexes, [PhSnO(L1)]6 ·4(toluene) (1) (HL1 = 2-(4-methylbenzoyl)benzoic acid) and [PhSnO(L2)]6 (2) (HL2 = 2-(4-ethylbenzoyl)benzoic acid), were synthesized by the reaction of ligand acids with mono-organotin complex in 1:1 molar ratio. 两种新的有机锡(IV)羧酸盐配合物[PhSnO(L 1)] 6 · 4(甲苯)(1)(HL 1 = 2-(4-甲基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸)和[PhSnO(L 2)] 6(2(HL 2 = 2-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸)是通过配体酸与单有机锡配合物以1∶1的摩尔比反应而合成的。合成的配合物已通过元素分析,IR,1 H,13 C,119 Sn NMR光谱和X射线晶体学衍射分析进行了结构表征。既1和2是具有鼓形结构的六核有机锡复合物。在1和2的固态中,1D和2D超分子网络由氢键,CH-··π或π···π相互作用形成。此外,已经研究了1和2的初步抗肿瘤活性。抗肿瘤结果表明它们具有良好的生物学活性,可能会被用于潜在的抗肿瘤药物。
