Thermodynamic parameters for the confonnatinal equilibria in the acetates, benzoates and N-phenylcarbamates of 1-methylcyclohexanol and cyclohexanol have been determined using low temperature natural abundance13C nmr, from which -ΔG° values at room temperature and above are obtained.
