The mixture of pyridinium salt is obtained by heating 2-chloropyridine with the corresponding benzyl bromide without solvents. This mixture undergoes nucleophilic substitution reactions with derivatives of acetonitrile's СН-acids. The resulting N-benzyl-2(1Н) pyridines can be cyclised to form 2-amino-3-arylindolizines in high yield.
将2-氯吡啶与相应的苄基溴在无溶剂下加热得到吡啶鎓盐的混合物。该混合物与乙腈的СН酸衍生物发生亲核取代反应。所得的N-苄基-2(1Н) 吡啶可以环化形成高产率的 2-氨基-3-芳基吲嗪。
