  Novel aminotetralol compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein Z.sup.1 and Z.sup.2 are hydrogen or an alkyl group and R.sup.1 is a substituted acyclic hydrocarbon group or a cyclic hydrocarbon group, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, have excellent pharmacological activities such as strong bronchodilating activity or .beta.-adrenergic blocking activity.
