  [EN] The invention relates to derivatives of benzo[d]isothiazoles as histone deacetylase inhibitors, selected from among compounds having general formula (la) and (lb), one of the salts thereof, particularly one of the pharmaceutically-acceptable salts, or one of the corresponding solvates. Said compounds inhibit histone deacetylase enzymes and are suitable for use as pharmacologically-active agents in a medicament for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of disorders and diseases associated with histone deacetylases. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining the aforementioned compounds and to pharmaceutical compositions containing same.
