3. ABT-418盐酸盐（0.6 mg/kg，腹腔注射；每天一次；持续两周）在注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）动物模型中有效改善了空间记忆。
4. ABT-418盐酸盐显著增强了皮层α4和β2 nAChR亚单位以及海马α4亚单位的表达。
