  [EN] Disclosed herein is a salt of carboxyethyl phosphinate ester and flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition containing the same. The salt of carboxyethyl phosphinate ester of this invention has excellent flame retardancy, heat stability and hygroscopicity, and also, the flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition of this invention is environmentally friendly because it does not use a halogenated flame retardant, which causes environmental pollution, and has excellent color heat stability and hygroscopicity.
  [FR] Cette invention concerne un sel d'ester de carboxyéthyl phosphinate et une composition de résine thermoplastique ininflammable contenant ce sel. Le sel d'ester de carboxyéthyl phosphinate de cette invention présente d'excellentes propriétés d'ininflammabilité, de thermostabilité et d'hygroscopicité. En outre, la composition de résine thermoplastique ininflammable de cette invention d'une part respecte l'environnement car elle n'utilise pas de charge ignifugeante halogénée, qui entraîne une pollution environnementale, et d'autre part présente d'excellentes propriétés de thermostabilité de la couleur et d'hygroscopicité.
