用途

4,4’,4"-三氨基三苯甲烷是丙型肝炎病毒解旋酶的抑制剂。然而，它具有致癌活性，并且增加了动物直肠内皮系统肿瘤的发生率。

生物活性

Tris(4-氨基苯基)甲烷是一种三苯甲烷类染料。此外，Tris(4-氨基苯基)甲烷是一种稍弱的HCV解旋酶抑制剂（100 μM浓度下约30%的抑制作用）。

靶点

目标是HCV helicase。

体外研究
