1-diphenyl(or dimethyl)-1-sila-2-cyclobutene with an aldehyde or ketone results in 1:1 cycloadduct of [4+2] type, the formation of which is accountd for in terms of SH2 process, i.e., attack of a tripletcarbonylcompound on the silicon of the benzosilacyclobutene.
2,3-苯并-1,1-二苯基(或二甲基)-1-sila-2-环丁烯与醛或酮的光反应可导致[4 + 2]型的1:1环加合物,其形成原因就S H 2过程而言,这意味着三重态羰基化合物对苯并硅氮杂环丁烯的硅的侵蚀。
