生物活性

KN-92 是 KN-93 的非活性衍生物，不具有 CaM 激酶抑制活性。KN-92 可作为对照化合物用于阐明KN-93的拮抗活性。KN-93 可渗透细胞，可逆和竞争性的 CaMKII 抑制剂。

体外研究

KN-93 (5-50 μM; 24 hours) inhibits LX-2 cell growth and KN-92 (5-50 μM; 24 hours) is ineffective in blocking cell growth.
The analysis of cell cycle regulator expression reveals that KN-93 rather than KN-92 reduces the expression of p53 and p21.
