  本发明提供一种分子内硫键激活的SuFEx点击化学反应及其产物和应用，以含分子内硫键的烷基磺酰氟为原料，以酚、醇或胺和碱为试剂，在溶剂中反应生成磺酸酯/磺酰胺类化合物。该方法建立了烷基磺酰氟进行高效SuFEx反应的新方法，并提供了硫醇类化合物和N/O‑亲核试剂链接的新途径。本发明基于分子内硫键激活的SuFEx点击化学反应极大提高了烷基磺酰氟的反应性，提升反应的原子利用率，且反应条件温和简单，反应试剂廉价易得，反应快速，产率高，官能团兼容性好。本发明还公开了利用分子内硫键激活的SuFEx点击化学反应合成的一类γ位为硫族元素的烷基磺酸酯和/或磺酰胺类化合物及其在农药、医药方面的应用。
