  A simple, eco-sustainable method for the N-(9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl) (N-Fmoc) protection of various structurally amines under ultrasonic irradiation is reported. The corresponding N- Fmoc derivatives were obtained in good to excellent yields within short reaction time. The reaction proceeds without the formation of any side product.
