    A method efficiently and safely manufactures, on an industrial scale, a compound having an N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl)amino group. (1) an amine compound or a solution thereof, (2) epichlorohydrin or a solution thereof, and (3) an acidic compound or a solution thereof are continuously supplied to a flow reactor and reacted at a reaction temperature of 40 to 130° C. and a liquid space velocity of 0.2 to 10 h −1 so that a compound having an N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl)amino group is manufactured. The obtained compound having an N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl)amino group is dehydrochlorinated by reaction with an alkali so that a polyfunctional glycidylamine type epoxy compound is manufactured.

    Linear crosslinkable polyurethanes obtained from (a) at least one diisocyanate having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, (b) at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic diol having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, to whose carbon chain at least one carboxyl group is covalently bonded, and some or all of said carboxyl groups have been esterified with an olefinically unsaturated C 3 -C 8 alcohol or with the glycidyl ester of an olefinically unsaturated C 3 -C 8 carboxylic acid, and (c) optionally at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic diol having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, to whose carbon chain at least one carboxyl group is covalently bonded. The polyurethanes are suitable, alone or as a mixture with other reactive components, for thermal and/or photochemical crosslinking in crosslinkable compositions for the production of mouldings, coatings and in particular solder masks.

    Disclosed is a (meth)acrylate polymer having a volume average primary particle size of 0.520 to 3.00 μm, a peak temperature of tan δ in the range of −100 to 0° C., determined with dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, of −40° C. or below, a peak height of tan δ in the range of −100 to 0° C., determined with dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, of 0.300 or more, and an acetone-insoluble component of 99% by mass of more. This polymer has excellent dispersibility of primary particles in a resin, excellent storage stability of a resin composition obtained, and excellent insulating properties and reduction in elastic modulus of a molded article obtained.
