We report the sulfuryl fluoride (SO2F2)-mediated N-polyfluoroalkylation of weakly nucleophilic nitrogencompounds from readily available fluorinated alcohols. This method opens access to a variety of N-polyfluoroalkylated building blocks that are highly valuable for life science applications.
