    The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing N,N′-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-1,3-benzenedicarboxamide as shown in the following formula (III), comprising the following steps that a compound of the following formula (I) and a compound of the following formula (II) react under stirring in an organic solvent in the presence of a solid supported catalyst, and after the completion of the reaction, a compound of the formula (III) is obtained by post-treatment, wherein R1 to R2 are each the same or different selected from C1-6 alkyl. The method can achieve good technical effects through the use of a unique catalyst and the compounding of the organic solvent, has the advantages of reduced pollution, good environment and significant improvement on yield compared with the prior art, can provide more inexpensive functional additives for the field of plastic processing, and has good industrial production prospects and application potential.
    本发明涉及合成下式(III)所示的N,N′-双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-1,3-苯二甲酰胺的方法、 包括以下步骤:下式(I)化合物和下式(II)化合物在固体辅助催化剂存在下,在有机溶剂中搅拌反应,反应结束后,通过后处理得到下式(III)化合物、 其中 R1 至 R2 各自相同或不同,选自 C1-6 烷基。该方法通过使用独特的催化剂和有机溶剂的复配,可达到良好的技术效果,与现有技术相比,具有减少污染、环保性好、收率显著提高等优点,可为塑料加工领域提供更多价格低廉的功能性添加剂,具有良好的工业生产前景和应用潜力。

    Heat-expandable microspheres having an expansion temperature which can be decreased by a simple means without changing the polymerizable monomer and its ratio and/or changing the blowing agent and its ratio, and applications thereof. The heat-expandable microspheres are composed of a thermoplastic resin shell and a core material encapsulated therein. The core material contains a thermally-vaporizable blowing agent which imparts a swelling degree of less than 5% as defined by the following formula (I) and a component (A) which imparts a swelling degree of 5 to 30% as defined by the following formula (I), wherein an amount of the component (A) ranges from 0.0001 to 30 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the blowing agent: Swelling degree (%)=( M 2 −M 1 )/ M 1 }×100  (I) wherein M 2 and M 1 are as defined herein.

    The present disclosure relates to a plasticizer composition characterized in including two or more isophthalates of the same carbon number type, in which alkyl groups bonded to two ester groups have the same carbon number; one or more isophthalates of a different carbon number type, in which alkyl groups bonded to two ester groups have different carbon numbers; wherein the different carbon number type includes both a higher alkyl and a lower alkyl, the carbon number of the higher alkyl is 8 to 10, and the carbon number of the lower alkyl is selected from 5 to 7, thereby, when applied to a resin, showing improved viscosity stability, migration resistance and stress resistance, while maintaining and improving plasticization efficiency and mechanical properties to the same or better level.
