  摘要：

  The reaction of 2,2':6',2":6",2'"-quaterpyridine (qpy) with chromium compounds has been investigated. Treatment with [Cr(H2O)4Cl2]Cl.4H2O for short periods results in the formation of [H2qpy]Cl2, but prolonged reaction times allow the preparation of salts of trans-[Cr(qpy)Cl2]+. The crystal structure of the salt trans-[Cr(qpy)Cl2]Cl.2H2O is described.
