The synthesis of 3-(4-alkyl-4,5-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-4-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one derivatives by a three-component reaction of salicylaldehyde, β-keto esters, and 1-(2-aminophenyl)pyrrole using piperidine–iodine as a dual system catalyst is reported. Good yields, mild reaction conditions, and ease of handling are the main aspects of the method. The structural assignments are supported by 1H NMR
通过水杨醛,β-酮的三组分反应合成3-(4-烷基-4,5-二氢吡咯并[1,2- a ]喹喔啉-4-基)-2 H-色烯-2-酮衍生物报道了使用哌啶-碘作为双体系催化剂的酯和1-(2-氨基苯基)吡咯。良好的收率,温和的反应条件和易于操作是该方法的主要方面。结构归属由1 H NMR,13 C NMR和X射线晶体学数据支持。
