Synthesis of 2,5-Disubstituted 1,3,4-Oxadiazine and 1,3,4-Thiadiazine from Substituted Acetophenones and Acid Hydrazides Using [Hydroxyl(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene

Abstract A novel and direct method for the efficient synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazines from the reactions of [hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene with substituted acetophenones, followed by the treatment with acid hydrazide and K2CO3, is reported. The methodology is also extended to the synthesis of 5-aryl-6H-1,3,4-thiadiazin-2-amine by using thiosemicarbazide under similar experimental conditions
摘要 一种通过[羟基(甲苯磺酰氧基)碘]苯与取代苯乙酮反应,然后用酰肼和碳酸钾处理高效合成 2,5-二取代 1,3,4-恶二嗪的新型直接方法是报道。该方法还扩展到在类似实验条件下使用氨基硫脲合成 5-芳基-6H-1,3,4-thiadiazin-2-胺。
