  Polymers based on the Pd(II) and Ni(II) complexes with 1,2-bis(o-aminobenzylidene)ethylenediamine and exhibiting conducting properties are synthesized. The kinetic regularities of polymer formation on solid substrates and dependence of the rate of charge diffusion in a bulk of polymer matrix on the polymer thickness are established.
