Synthese funktionalisierter tipod-Liganden: Aufbau, Veresterung und Koordinationsfähigkeit von HOCH2C (CH2PPh2)3
摘要:
Starting from pentaerythritol, HOCH2C(CH2OH)3, the synthesis of the hydroxy functionalized tripod-ligand HOCH2C(CH2PPh2)3, 4, is achieved in a few steps. Esterification of the hydroxy group of 4 opens a route to the convergent construction of functionalized tripod-ligands R'COOCH2aCH2PR2)3. For ligand 4 and for its benzoyl derivative PhCOOCH2C(CH2PPh2)3, 6, the capability of forming facially coordinated tripod-complexes is verified by the formation of molybdenum and cobalt complexes. The results are documented by the usual analytical techniques as well as by X-ray analyses.
