    To provide a composition (e.g., a coating composition) useful for forming an organic semiconductor having excellent conductivity, solvent resistance, heat resistance, durability, and other properties, and an organic semiconductor formed with the composition. The composition comprises an aromatic polycarbonyl compound having a carbonyl group as a reactive site, and at least one aromatic reactive component selected from an aromatic polyamine having an amino group as a reactive site, and an aromatic heterocyclic compound having a plurality of unmodified α-carbon positions, as reactive sites, each of which is adjacent to a hetero atom of a heterocycl thereof. When the aromatic reactive component is an aromatic heterocyclic compound, the aromatic polycarbonyl compound is an aromatic polyaldehyde compound. Use of the composition in which at least one component of the aromatic polycarbonyl compound and the aromatic reactive component has not less than 3 reactive sites per molecule forms an organic semiconductor having a three-dimensional crosslinked structure.

    Disclosed is an electrode body for a solar cell, which is capable of being used as a component of both an organic thin-film solar cell and a dye-sensitized solar cell, and has excellent heat resistance. This electrode body for a solar cell is provided with a substrate with a conductive part at least on the surface and a conductive polymer layer located on the conductive part of the substrate, in which the conductive polymer layer includes: a polymer derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of 3,4-disubstituted thiophenes; and an anion as a dopant to the polymer generated from at least one organic non-sulfonate compound having an anion with the molecular weight of 200 or more. Additionally, the density of the conductive polymer layer is in the range of 1.15 to 1.80 g/cm3. The dense conductive polymer layer including the anion as a dopant exhibits excellent heat resistance.

    The present invention relates to a conductive polymer material of poly(thio- or seleno-)phene type containing at least two distinct species of counteranion, including a first species which is an anionic form of sulphuric acid, and a second species of counteranion selected from triflate, triflimidate, tosylate, mesylate, perchlorate and hexafluorophosphate. The invention also relates to a process for preparing such a material and the use thereof as conductive film. The invention also targets a substrate coated at least partly by a film of a material as defined above, a device comprising a material as defined above as conductive material, and also the use thereof in the organic electronics, organic thermoelectricity, organic photovoltaic and organic photodetector fields.
