Similarly, it is anticipated that oligonucleotides incorporating such novel nucleosides will be useful to develop therapeutic candidates designing stable G-quadruplexes and Aptamers for oligonucleotide structure, folding topology, evaluation of biochemical properties and design and develop as therapeutic agents.
