[Au(tmbn)2](SbF6) is the first gold(I) complex supported by two nitrile ligands that is indefinitely stable at room temperature. This is a highly versatile precatalyst that can be used for the preparation of active and robust solid-supported gold(I) catalysts.
supported homogeneouscatalyst. The heterogenised catalyst and its homogeneous counterpart exhibited similar activity in a range of enyne cyclisation reactions. Bearing in mind that π–π interactions are affected by temperature and solvent polarity, the reuse and robustness of the supported homogeneouscatalyst was tested to explore the scope and limitations of the recyclability of this catalyst. The gold complex [Tf2NAuPPh3CH2NH2] was synthesized and covalently anchored on modified carbon nanotubes in order to obtain a supported gold homogeneous catalyst. Simple 1,6 enynes were chosen as benchmark substrates to assess its behaviour in cyclization catalysis as well as study its recycling.

blocks with a palladium or platinum precursor. These spheres can be functionalized on the inside with a gold(I) chloride complex leading to a high local concentration of gold(I) complexes. The high local concentration makes the neutral gold species an active catalyst. Furthermore, the platinum‐gold spheres can be post‐modified with a silver(I) salt to form cationic gold(I) catalysts. The platinum assemblies
