  (EN) Substituted indoloquinoxalines of general formula (I), wherein R1 represents one or several substituents selected from halogen, lower alkyl/alkoxy group, trifluoromethyl group, trichloromethyl group; X is a group -(CH2)n-R2 wherein R2 represents a nitrogen containing basic residue and n is an integer of from 1 to 4 and R3 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl/cycloalkyl group having not more than 4 carbon atoms, and the physiologically acceptable addition products of the compounds with acids and halogen adducts. Also methods for preparing said compounds are described. The novel indoloquinoxalines have antiviral effect and have effect against cancer.(FR) Indoloquinoxalines substituées de formule générale (I), où R1 représente un ou plusieurs substituants sélectionnés parmi un halogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur/alkoxy, un groupe trifluorométhyle, un groupe trichlorométhyle; X est un groupe -(CH2)n-R2 où R2 représente un azote contenant des résidus basiques et n est un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 4 et R3 représente hydrogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur/cycloalkyle ne possédant pas plus de quatre atomes de carbone. Sont également décrits des produits d'addition physiologiquement acceptables desdits composés avec des acides et des produits d'addition halogénés, ainsi que des procédés de préparation desdits composés. Les nouvelles indoloquinoxalines présentent un effet antiviral et anticancéreux.
