  Alkaloids from Sarcocapnos enneaphylla

  摘要：

  Chemical investigation of Sarcocapnos enneaphylla resulted in the isolation of 35 alkaloids, 27 of which were identified as known isoquinoline alkaloids. The remainder were found to be a new aporphinoid, N-methylsecoglaucine, a new morphinandienone, (+)-O-methylpallidine N-oxide and six new cularines, (+)-enneaphylline, (+)-sarcophylline, (+)-4-hydroxysarcocapnine, aristoyagonine, secosarcocapnine and norsecosarcocapnine. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods.
