三种新的β-麦角酚脱氢酮属于严格酸化学合成物系,分别为Peristictic酸(1,4-二羟基-10-甲氧基-5,8-二甲基-3,7-二氧代-1,3-二氢-7H-异苯并呋喃[4,5-b][1,4]苯并二氧杂环十一酸) (9), Lusitanic酸 (甲基1,4-二羟基-10-甲氧基-5,8-二甲基-3,7-二氧代-1,3-二氢-7H-异苯并呋喃[4,5-b][1,4]苯并二氧杂环十一酸酯) (10) 和Verrucigeric酸(1,4-二羟基-11-羟甲基-10-甲氧基-5,8-二甲基-3,7-二氧代-1,3-二氢-7H-异苯并呋喃[4,5-b][1,4]苯并二氧杂环-1,11-二甲酯基氢正酯) (14)分别在地衣Relicina sydneyensis和Xanthoparmelia verrucigera中被鉴定出来。这些新的脱氢酮的结构是通过部分合成、色谱比较和光谱数据相结合得出的。
