Moldable thermoplastic polymer composition having improved low temperature impact resistance comprise a blend of a graft copolymer of a vinyl halide and optionally a comonomer copolymerisable therewith on a polyolefin component and a polymer composition consisting essentially of acrylonitrile, 1,3-butadiene and styrene monomer units (ABS polymer).
These compositions have improved flowability, in the molten state and, when molded under conventional temperature and pressure conditions, provide shaped articles having improved low temperature impact resistance, tensile strength, flame retardancy and heat distortion temperature characteristics, and a desirable gloss or sheen finish.
