A series of Schiff bases, combining 2,4-disubstituted thiazole and cyclobutane rings, and hydrazone moieties in the same molecule, was synthesized, characterized and evaluated for screening antibacterial and antifungal activities on microorganisms, respectively, on four bacteria and Candida tropicalis.
