    The purpose is to provide a new bipolar organic compound. Also, the aim is to provide an excellent carrier balance luminous component. Furthermore, the goal is to offer luminous components and devices with low driving voltage and low power consumption. Additionally, the objective is to provide electronic devices with low power consumption. The solution provides a chemical formula represented as Quinoxaline derivative. In the chemical formula 1, α1 and α2 independently represent an arylene group with up to 13 carbon atoms forming a ring, Ar represents an aryl group with up to 13 carbon atoms forming a ring, R1 and R6 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or one of the aryl groups with up to 13 carbon atoms forming a ring, R2 to R5 and R7 to R10 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group.     The present invention provides a quinoxaline derivative rerpesented by a general formula (G1). In the formula, α 1 and α 2 each independently represent an arylene group which has 13 or less carbon atoms forming a ring; Ar represents an aryl group which has 13 or less carbon atoms forming a ring; R 1 and R 6 each independently represent any of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or an aryl group which has 13 or less carbon atoms forming a ring; and R 2 to R 5 and R 7 to R 10 each independently represent any of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group.

    A quinoxaline-based, new bipolar organic compound is provided, and a light emitting element using the quinoxaline-based compound is demonstrated. The quinoxaline derivative of the invention has a structure in which carbon at one or both of the 2-position and the 3-position of the quinoxaline unit are bonded, via an arylene group, with an amine unit which has a substituted or unsubstituted five-membered ring or a substituted or unsubstituted condensed ring containing a five-membered ring structure. The quinoxaline-based compound was proven to possess bipolar characteristics in view of carrier transportation, which allows the fabrication of a light emitting element and an electronic appliance with a low driving voltage and low power consumption.
