  本发明提供了一种含噻二唑基团的润滑油添加剂的制备方法，将烷基醇、烷基醇碱金属盐、2,5‑二巯基‑1,3,4‑噻二唑与二烷基胺混合，得到混合溶液；在‑10～0℃，将所述混合溶液与二硫化碳混合，缩合反应得到荒胺酸盐混合物；将所述荒胺酸盐混合物与钼酸盐催化剂混合，催化反应得到含噻二唑基团的润滑油添加剂。本发明提供的制备方法，以2,5‑二巯基‑1,3,4‑噻二唑、烷基醇碱金属盐、二烷基胺、二硫化碳为原料，以钼酸盐为催化剂经“一锅法”催化反应制得，该工艺操作简便，容易实现工业化；另外，相对于现有的制备方法，本发明在制备过程中不使用流动的不易操作控制的有害氯气，制备方法中无有害气体产生，是一种绿色环保的制备方法。
