  本发明属于草胺膦合成技术领域，具体涉及一种草铵膦的合成中间体甲基亚磷酸单酯的合成方法。针对现有的甲基亚磷酸单酯的合成方法普遍存在成本过高的问题，因而都不适用于大规模的工业化生产的问题，本发明的技术方案包括如下步骤：[1]使甲基硫代膦酰二氯在碱A的作用下与羟基化合物反应，得到甲基硫代膦酸二酯；[2]将甲基硫代膦酸二酯溶解在溶剂B中得到甲基硫代膦酸二酯溶液，在碱B的作用下发生水解反应得到甲基硫代膦酸单酯；[3]将甲基硫代膦酸单酯溶解在溶剂C中得到甲基硫代膦酸单酯溶液，使甲基硫代膦酸单酯溶液在催化剂的作用下发生脱硫反应得到甲基亚磷酸单酯。本发明适用于草胺膦合成工业。
