概述

应用

四取代嘧啶并嘧啶如双嘧达莫（2,6-二(二乙醇氨基)-4,8-二哌啶基嘧啶并[5,4-d]嘧啶）与皮质类固醇或泼尼松龙的组合，能够显著抑制外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中诱导产生的TNFα水平。
