制备方法与用途

概述

特戊酸氟米松,又称新戊酸氟米松,是一种皮质激素消炎药物。皮质激素(GC)是机体内的重要调节分子,对发育、生长、代谢以及免疫功能等起着关键的调控作用。它也是临床上最广泛和有效的抗炎及免疫抑制剂之一。

应用

四取代嘧啶嘧啶双嘧达莫(2,6-二(二乙醇基)-4,8-二哌啶基嘧啶并[5,4-d]嘧啶)与皮质类固醇泼尼松龙的组合,能够显著抑制外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中诱导产生的TNFα平。
