新型半合成头孢菌素1-[[((6R,7R)-7- [2-(2-氨基-4-噻唑基)乙醛酰氨基] -2-羧基-8-ox o-5的稳定性和降解途径-thia-1-azabicyclo [4.2.0] oct-2-en-3-yl] methyl] -6,7-dihydro-5H-1-吡啶鎓氢氧化物,内盐,7(2)-(Z)-(研究了O-甲基肟)(硫酸头孢吡肟,HR 810)。将头孢哌啶酮在各种缓冲溶液中的温度保持在40摄氏度,并通过高效液相色谱法研究其降解模式。头孢哌酮在pH 4-7范围内稳定,超出此范围则略有不稳定。在从中性到碱性区域的水溶液中,产生的降解产物为:1- [[((6R,7S)-7)-[2-(2-氨基-4-噻唑基)乙氧基酰氨基] -2-羧基-8-氧代。 -5-thia-1-azabicyclo [4.2.0] oct-2-en-3-yl] methyl] -6,7-dihydro-5
