    This invention relates to a composition, comprising: (A) an acylated amine having a base number in the range of about 45 to about 90, said acylated amine being the product made by contacting (A)(I) at least one carboxylic acid acylating agent with (A)(II) at least one polyamine, said polyamine (A)(II) being selected from the group consisting of (A)(II)(a) a product made by contacting at least one hydroxy material with at least one amine, (A)(II)(b) an alkylene polyamine bottoms product, and (A)(II)(c) a product made by contacting a hydroxy material with an alkylene polyamine bottoms product; (B) a boron compound; and (C) an organic phosphorus acid or ester, or derivative of said phosphorus acid or ester. In one embodiment, this composition further comprises (D) a thiocarbamate. In one embodiment, this composition further comprises (E) a nitrogen-containing ester of a carboxy-containing interpolymer. These compositions are useful as additives for lubricants and functional fluids, and are particularly useful as additives for automatic transmission fluids for enhancing the torque characteristics such automatic transmission fluids.

    Reduction/oxidation reagents have been found to be effective to chemically cure a sparse metal nanowire film into a fused metal nanostructured network through evidently a ripening type process. The resulting fused network can provide desirable low sheet resistances while maintaining good optical transparency. The transparent conductive films can be effectively applied as a single conductive ink or through sequential forming of a metal nanowire film with the subsequent addition of a fusing agent. The fused metal nanowire films can be effectively patterned, and the patterned films can be useful in devices, such as touch sensors.

The deaggregated polymer molecules when subsequently doped show higher electrical conductivity. Agents such as lithium chloride, m-cresol and nonylphenol are used to deaggregate the polymer molecules. The deaggregating agents can be added prior to or during doping the molecules.

This composition for bonding is characterized by containing inorganic particles and an organic material that contains an amine and/or a carboxylic acid and adheres to at least a part of the surface of each inorganic particle, and is also characterized in that the weight loss rate when heated from room temperature to 200°c. is 33-69% and the weight loss rate when heated from 200° c. to 300° c. is 24-50% as determined by thermal analysis.
