Abstract An environmentally benign method for the synthesis of octahydro-quinazolin-2,5-diones by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes, dimedone, and urea in the presence of SiO2-NaHSO4 is reported. SiO2-NaHSO4 acts as an efficient, mild, and recyclable heterogeneouscatalyst to give excellent yields within a short reaction time in water at 60-80 °C.
摘要 报道了一种在 SiO2-NaHSO4 存在下通过芳香醛、二甲酮和尿素反应合成八氢喹唑啉-2,5-二酮的环保方法。SiO2-NaHSO4 是一种高效、温和且可回收的多相催化剂,可在 60-80 °C 的水中在很短的反应时间内获得优异的产率。
