摘要 以海绵为刚性支架,通过蒸汽辅助结晶法制备了具有分级孔隙率的自支撑ZSM-5晶体。通过X射线衍射、氮吸附、扫描电镜、透射电镜、固态核磁共振波谱和氨程序升温脱附对合成的材料进行了表征。ZSM-5 整料表现出高结晶度、分级多孔结构和强酸性。它们在苯甲醇和己酸的液相酯化反应中表现出优异的催化性能。
