Graphical AbstractAn efficient procedure has been developed for one-pot synthesis of N-acyle-2-aryl-1,2-dihydro-(4H)-3,1-benzoxazin-4-ones in the presence of Preyssler-type heteropolyacid acid modified nano-sized TiO2 as catalyst. The reactions proceed smoothly at 25 °C to afford the products in high yields. The catalyst is easily separated and re-used for the next successive reactions
