A novel acrylic copolymer elastomer comprising [] an alkyl acrylate; [] (a) CH2=CRCOOR2OCOR1, (b) CH2=CRCO[O(CH2) pCO]qOR1 or (c) CH2=CRCOOR2O[CO(CH2)pO]qCOR1; and [] (1) CH2= CRCOO(CH2)nPhOR', (2) CH2=CRCOO(CH2)nOCO(CH2)mPhOR', (3) CH2= CHOCO(CH2)mPhOR', (4) CH2=CHOCO(CH2)nOCO(CH2)mPhOR', (5) CH2= CHO(CH2)nOCO(CH2)mPhOR' or (6) CH2=CHPh(CH2)nOCO(CH2)mPhOR' where R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R1 is an alkyl group, R2 is an alkylene group, R' is a hydrogen atom, an acyl group or a trialkylsilyl group and Ph is a phenylene group, provides a blend rubber having an improved cold resistance and an intermediate heat resistance between the heat resistance of acrylic copolymer elastomer and that of fluorine-containing elastomer, when blended with the fluorine-containing elastomer.
