Fearless Fluorine: the effect of gem-diflurination on acidity/basicity (pKa), lipophilicity (LogP), aqueous solubility (Sw), and metabolic stability (intrinsic clearance, CLint) of functionalized C3−C7-cycloalkanes is established and compared to those of non-fluorinated and acyclic counterparts.
