  By F- -addition via 'TAS-fluoride' (Me2N)3S+Me3SiF2- to the corresponding thionylimides and sulfurdiimides the salts RNS(O)F-(Me2N)3S+(R = CF3, (CF3)2CF, SF5, FSO2) and (RN)2SF- (Me2N)3S+ (R = FSO2, (CF3)2 CF) are prepared. The new anions were unequivocally identified by their characteristic F-19-nmr-spectra.
