  Disclosed are compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are useful as inhibitors of IMPDH. In certain embodiments, a compound selectively inhibits a parasitic IMPDH versus a host IMPDH. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more compounds of the invention.
